Their effort into being more than an average sushi spot is noticed through their action in plating and making sure their food comes out to an excellent standard using fresh ingredients. “ Had a take-out order for two sushi rolls, the Elk Grove and the Crazy California Roll, both were amazing! I was quite surprised how well it tasted and the texture was perfect! A common occurrence I seem to have with sushi is sometimes it is dry, but the rolls were perfectly moist! Would 100% come back once I'm in Sacramento again! ”

“ We had a group of 12 yesterday, and we had their omakase with sake and wine pairings. Our server, Cinty, took care of us and explained all the dishes as she served out each individual portion. We had uni flown in from Japan, fresh toro and salmon, scallops served a few different ways, seared wagyu beef, mushroom miso soup and several other dishes that I forgot. Our friend, Bob, has owned this location for 4+ years. Omakase needs to be given 24 hours notice, so they can curate the best food options and vibes for your table and guests. For those that love fresh wasabi, a great place for that. They also have a milk tea and matcha area, so a fun store to say the least! There is a 10% discount for your first online delivery order. The maki (roll), could use stronger flavor sushi rice imo. Overall, a great spot and hopefully future Yelp elite events can happen here too! The fish quality compares to restaurant in SF, so if you are missing high quality fish, be sure to stop by and ask for Bob! ”

“ Everything was delicious. I have never ordered from here. But if I was ever back in town I would definitely order again. Even after being delivered and taking awhile everything was still mouthwatering delicious. Even got a bunch of good deals when ordered through uber eats. I ordered the California roll, the dynamite roll and the jalapeño bomb!! It it was the bomb!!! ”

I loved the cozy yet modern interior, and the staff were super welcoming and attentive. Bonus points for the Rare Tea boba shop inside…perfect way to end the meal with a taro milk tea!
